Managed services refer to a hosting solution where the provider is responsible for the setup, administration, maintenance, and support of server environments and applications. The resources are dedicated to a single user, ensuring isolation, security, and consistent performance for your workloads.

Which plan should I choose?

The default management is User Responsible that need no technical assistance from our side so you will have full control and responsibility on your server and its management. However we recommend this option for those who have a technical knowledge and are familiar with managing and configuring servers on their own. If you do not have any technical background, our managed services are for you. With our managed services, you will get lite management support for your server. Here, core services under Lite are monitored by Casbay with a proactive response if unexpected server failure occurs. Do not hesitate to contact us whenever you need any support related to the basic server support and its functioning or processing.

Where is my server hosted?

Your server will be hosted in Casbay Singapore Data Center or Casbay Malaysia Data Center, the award-winning data center. For more details kindly check out our Data Center.

1. OS Hardening service and Mod_Security apply to CentOS Linux with cPanel only.

2. Free support for installation, patching, and version updating to third party applications is not provided.

3. OS installation, custom component installation and server tuning are performed only one time during initial setup.

4. Data migration is performed only one time upon request.

5. cPanel and LAMP services support apply to CentOS Linux with cPanel only. The cPanel initial setup, cPanel hardening, LAMP installation and tuning are performed only one time during initial setup.

6. cPanel Backup setup is done only one time during initial setup, subject to disk space available.

7. Veeam Disaster Recovery Backup offers daily backup from 14 days to 60 days retention, depends on subscription plan you choose. Moreover, the restoration of an effective backup depends on available up to date copies of the data being held on Veeam Disaster Recovery Backup server.
