1. Firstly, login to cPanel and click on Spam Filters<\/strong> icon under Email<\/strong> section.<\/p>

2. Next, scroll down to \u201cAdditional Configurations (For Advanced Users)<\/strong>\u201d and click \u201cShow Additional Configurations<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>

3. Then, scroll down to \u201cWhitelist (Emails Always Allowed)<\/strong>\u201d\u00a0 and click \u201cEdit Spam Whitelist Settings<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>

4. Click \u201cAdd a New \u2018whitelist_from\u2019 Item<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>
