In order to prevent emails from landing in client\u2019s Outlook junk folder, users need to make the necessary changes on their end \u2013 set \u201c<strong>No Automatic Filtering<\/strong>\u201d in Junk Email Options, turns off all junk filters but leave the \u201c<strong>Blocked Senders List<\/strong>\u201d <strong>activated<\/strong> for incoming email. User can make the following changes to ensure that mails from certain senders will not get into Junk folder.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c49f2d6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c49f2d6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>A) Marking Email and Senders as \u201cNot Junk\u201d:<\/strong><br \/><br \/>1. Open Microsoft Outlook.<br \/>2. Then, Go to the <strong>Inbox Screen<\/strong>.<br \/>3. Select the \u201c<strong>Junk E-mail<\/strong>\u201d folder. A list of mail items will appear on the right preview pane. <br \/>4. Right click on each mail item that is not considered junk.<br \/>5. Next, Scroll to and click on \u201c<strong>Mark as Not Junk<\/strong>\u201d.<br \/>6. Lastly, Click <strong>OK<\/strong>.<\/p><p><strong>B) Adding a Sender to the Safe Sender List:<\/strong> <br \/><br \/>1. Open your Junk E-mail folder. <br \/>2. If you have moved the mail to a new folder, open that folder.<br \/>3. Right click on the message and scroll to <strong>Add Sender to Safe Senders List<\/strong>. <br \/>4. Then, click <strong>OK<\/strong>.<br \/>5.
