Step1: Set Up A POP\/IMAP Account<\/h3>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

1. Firstly, navigate to File >> Add Account<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

  1. The Auto Account Setup wizard<\/strong> will start and request information. Example such as type of account, your name, e-mail address, and password.

  2. Select \u201cE-mail Account<\/strong>,\u201d type in your name or a display name for the account. Type in the full e-mail address \u201cuser@domain.com\u201d. (note that user+domain.com will also work in the cPanel environment), and your password twice.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    2. The wizard will test the settings and should show, you a successful and complete message once it finishes.
      If it does not, you will see an error message. Click Next<\/strong> to see an option allowing you to \u201cManually configure server settings<\/strong>.\u201d<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      1. Firstly, select Internet E-mail.<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

        1. Type in your name and your e-mail address.

        2. Select the account type as POP3 or IMAP. Type\u00a0yourdomain.com<\/strong>\u00a0for the incoming mail server, and\u00a0\u00a0yourdomain.com<\/strong>\u00a0for the outgoing mail server. [Replace\u00a0yourdomain.com<\/strong>\u00a0with the name of your domain.]

        3. User name: enter in your full email address in the format\u00a0user@domain.com<\/strong>. (note that user+domain.com will also work)

        4. Fill in your password and check the \u201cRemember Password<\/strong>\u201d box if you do not want to type it in each time you connect to your account.

        5. DO NOT<\/strong>\u00a0check the \u201cRequire logon using Secure Password Authentication [SPA]<\/strong>\u201d unless that has been activated or configured by you or a web developer.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

          1. Firstly, click on More Settings\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0and then\u00a0Outgoing Server.

          2. Then, check the box that says My Outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication<\/strong>.
            Also, choose the option that says\u00a0Use same settings as my incoming mail server.\u00a0<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
