You can access to your old mails through Post Office Protocol (POP)<\/strong>. This article will guide you how to download or access old mails via Outlook and Gmail via POP.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Download\/Access older messages via Outlook<\/h3>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

You can access your old mails (on the old hosting server) via\u00a0Outlook<\/strong>, by using the following settings:<\/p>

Mailbox Username:
Mailbox Password:<\/p>

Incoming\/Outgoing Mail Server:<\/p>

After that, the outgoing server \u2013 TICK \u2013 My Outgoing requires authentication, uses the same setting as for My Incoming mail server.<\/p>

Gmail has some specific POP3 options which offer you some additional control about what gets downloaded by Outlook (or any other mail client). To download and get every message that you have in your Gmail account, you would first need to enable POP for all mail.<\/p>

Enable POP for all mail<\/strong>

In Gmail you can find these option in the Forwarding and POP\/IMAP section<\/strong>;<\/p>

  1. Firstly, click on the gear icon in the top right corner next to your name and choose Mail<\/strong> settings.<\/li>
  2. Click on Forwarding and POP\/IMAP<\/strong>.<\/li>
  3. Enable the option: Enable POP<\/strong> for all mail (even mail that\u2019s already been downloaded).<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
