You can use Email from on all Android Device for Email and calendars.<\/p>

Android, like most operating systems, is constantly changing. This guide is regarding the standard release from Google, your phone\/tablet might be different to this, however most options should be easily transferable..<\/p>

  1. Firstly, click Settings<\/strong>.<\/li>
  2. Secondly, click Accounts<\/strong>.<\/li>
  3. Next, click Add Account<\/strong>.<\/li>
  4. Click\u00a0Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync<\/strong>.<\/li>
  5. After that, type in your Email address<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Password<\/strong>.<\/li>
  6. If you see a\u00a0Domain\\Username<\/strong>\u00a0field, Type in your full Email address.
    If you see\u00a0Domain<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Username<\/strong>\u00a0as individual entities, Add your full Email address in the\u00a0Username<\/strong>\u00a0box, then just leave the\u00a0Domain<\/strong>\u00a0box empty.
    If you have a\u00a0Server<\/strong>\u00a0box,\u00a0 Type in\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>
  7. Then click Next<\/strong>.<\/li>
  8. Click\u00a0OK\u00a0<\/strong>and your device should try to auto configure itself
    <\/strong><\/li>
  9. On the next screen choose any\u00a0Account options<\/strong>\u00a0you would like to set.<\/li>
  10. Click\u00a0Next<\/strong>.<\/li>
  11. If you wish to edit the display name for your email account, Click\u00a0Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync<\/strong><\/li>
  12. Lastly, lick Next<\/strong>\u00a0to complete the setup<\/li><\/ol>

    Your email is now set up!
    To make sure you can send messages, compose an email<\/strong> and send it to yourself or to someone of similar effect as a test.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    Synchronizing your Apple Device for both Email and calendars is very easy, you should just follow these instructions below.<\/p>

    1. First off, click Settings<\/strong>.<\/li>
    2. Next, click Mail, Contacts, Calendars<\/strong>.<\/li>
    3. Click\u00a0Add Account<\/strong>.<\/li>
    4. Then click Exchange<\/strong>.<\/li>
    5. Now enter your Email address<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Password<\/strong>,<\/li>
    6. In the\u00a0Description<\/strong>\u00a0box, enter your email address<\/li>
    7. Click\u00a0Next<\/strong>.<\/li>
    8. Your device will attempt to configure itself. If this fails, Enter the below:<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      • Server-\u00a0<\/li>
      • Domain- blank<\/li>
      • Username: Your full email address<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

        \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

        9. After that, click Next<\/strong>.
        10. Lastly, click Save<\/strong>.<\/p>

        Go to the Home Screen then open your Mail app.
        This should now download emails, contacts, and calendar appointments.<\/p>

        Like most systems, the Windows phone has a built-in Email client.<\/p>

        1. Firstly, on the Start<\/strong>\u00a0screen, slide left, and select\u00a0Settings<\/strong>.<\/li>
        2. Secondly, click Email + accounts<\/strong>.<\/li>
        3. Next, click add an account<\/strong>, then click Outlook<\/strong>.
          You may have the option to choose\u00a0Exchange<\/strong>\u00a0or\u00a0Office 365<\/strong>\u00a0instead of Outlook, if so, select the appropriate option.<\/li>
        4. Then type in your Email address and password, click Sign in<\/strong>.
          Windows Phone will try to configure everything for you.
          If it manages this then head to\u00a0step 8<\/strong>.<\/li>
        5. If you get a message saying \u201cWe couldn\u2019t find your settings\u201d<\/strong>, Select\u00a0Advanced<\/strong>, and enter the below information:\u00a0<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
          \n\t\t\t\t
          \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
          • E-mail address- Your full Email address<\/li>
          • Password- Your password<\/li>
          • User name- Your full Email address<\/li>
          • Domain- Enter your domain name, e.g. hotmail.co.uk or company.com. Its the part after the @ symbol in your email address<\/li>
          • Server- Type in\u00a0<\/li><\/ul>

            Check your\u00a0Mail App<\/strong>, and your emails will flow in.<\/p>

            To set up from Email on your BlackBerry 10 phone, follow these steps.<\/p>

            1. First and foremost, open the Settings<\/strong>\u00a0menu,<\/li>
            2. Select\u00a0Accounts<\/strong>, and then choose\u00a0Add Account<\/strong>\u00a0at the bottom.<\/li>
            3. Next, click Email, Calendar and Contacts<\/strong>.<\/li>
            4. Then, type in your Email address<\/li>
            5. Click Next<\/strong>.<\/li>
            6. After that, type in your password<\/li>
            7. Click\u00a0Next<\/strong><\/li>
            8. At last, click Finish<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ol>

              Blackberry may be able to set up your settings automatically, if not, try the below options:<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

              ActiveSync provides all the normal exchange features.<\/p>

              1. Find the\u00a0Settings<\/strong>\u00a0menu,<\/li>
              2. Select\u00a0Accounts<\/strong>, and then choose\u00a0Add Account<\/strong>\u00a0at the bottom.<\/li>
              3. Click\u00a0Advanced<\/strong>\u00a0at the bottom.<\/li>
              4. Select\u00a0Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync<\/strong>.<\/li>
              5. Complete the following:<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

                • Username- <\/strong>Your Full Email address<\/li>
                • Email Address- <\/strong>Your Full Email address<\/li>

                  IMAP\/POP<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

                  \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

                  IMAP or POP with SMTP will not provide you all the features of your Exchange Server but can be useful if all else fails to get email running.<\/p>

                  1. To start, find the Settings<\/strong> menu.<\/li>
                  2. Next, select Accounts<\/strong>, and then choose\u00a0Add Account<\/strong>\u00a0at the bottom.<\/li>
                  3. Click \u201cI will provide the settings to add this Email account\u201d<\/strong>.<\/li>
                  4. At the bottom, click\u00a0Next<\/strong>.<\/li>
                  5. Then, click Internet Service Provider Email (POP\/IMAP)<\/strong><\/li>
                  6. Click\u00a0Next<\/strong>.<\/li>
                  7. After that, type in your full Email address for your user name (for example, blog@blogger.com).<\/li>
                  8. Then scroll down and enter mail<\/strong>.\u00a0for the incoming server<\/li>
                  9. Click\u00a0Next<\/strong>.<\/li>
                  10. Proceed by typing in the mail.<\/strong>\u00a0for the outgoing server<\/li>
                  11. Click\u00a0Next<\/strong>.<\/li>
                  12. Finally, click Finish<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ol>

                    Open\u00a0Mail<\/strong>\u00a0and check your emails are arriving.<\/p>
