  1. Click the start button and search for \u201cRemote Desktop Connection\u201d and click the Remote Desktop Connection icon.<\/li>\n
  2. After the Remote Desktop Connection windows are open, click the \u2018Show Options\u2019 button.<\/li>\n
  3. After that, enter your IP address\/port number and username in the blank field.<\/li>\n
  4. Click \u2018Connect\u2019. A \u2018Windows Security\u2019 window will popup.<\/li>\n
  5. Then, enter your password. If you want to save your password, tick the remember me checkbox.<\/li>\n
  6. A warning pop up will show \u201cThe certificate is not from the certifying authority\u201d. This is because the IP address is not in the coverage of an SSL certificate. Just click \u2018Yes\u2019.<\/li>\n
