Your computer hears IT through a defined listening port (3389<\/strong> by default). Moreover, you can change that listening port on Windows computers by modifying the registry.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t To change the port that\u00a0Remote Desktop<\/strong>\u00a0listens on, follow the below steps \u2013<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t These are the steps you can take to modify your registry<\/strong>. Make sure you properly modify the registry, as anything goes wrong, it may cause problems.
