This article will guide you to import and export your MySQL database using cPanel & phpAdmin. However, before you start, this tutorial assumes that you have already<\/strong> created a database<\/strong>. To import a database into an existing database (.sql file) in cPanel using phpmyadmin follow the steps below.<\/p>

  1. Log into your cPanel account<\/li>
  2. Locate the \u201cphpMyAdmin\u201d icon found under the \u201cDatabases\u201d section<\/li>
  3. After phpMyAdmin loads, click on the \u201cImport\u201d tab.<\/li>
  4. Click on the \u201cChoose File\u201d button and select your .SQL file.<\/li>
  5. Click on the \u201cGo\u201d button and your MySQL database will import.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    To\u00a0export<\/strong>\u00a0a mySQL database, you can follow the steps below to do so.<\/p>

    1. Log into your cPanel account<\/li>
    2. Locate and click on the \u201cphpMyAdmin\u201d icon under the \u201cDatabases\u201d category<\/li>
    3. Once phpMyAdmin loads, select a database from the left that you wish to export from the list on the left<\/li>
    4. Click on the \u201cExport\u201d tab and select an export option (see below for export options)<\/li>
    5. Click on the \u201cGo\u201d button and the database export will begin<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
