Setup Email as IMAP or POP3 in Outlook 2016

Firstly, Go Start > Control Panel > Mail, As shown in Figure 1.1:

Secondly, Email Accounts, As shown in Figure 2.1:

Thirdly, Add new account Click On New. As shown in Figure 3.1:

Next, Choose Manual Setup. Figure 4.1:

After that, Choose to Setup IMAP or POP3 in Outlook 2016. As shown in Figure 5.1:

Then, IMAP Setup: Key in the user email information as well as the server configuration as per Figures 6.1,6.2,6.3 and 6.4:

• Incoming mail server: yourdomain.com, PORT: 143
• Outgoing mail server: yourdomain.com, PORT: 587 or 26
• Click On More Settings to key in the port settings.
• Make sure the SMTP Authentication is Enabled. As per Figures 6.2.
• However, Once all the configuration done, your IMAP Setup done as well. As per Figures 6.4.

POP3 Setup: In other words, Key in the user email information as well as the server configuration as per

• Incoming mail server: yourdomain.com, PORT: 110
• Outgoing mail server: yourdomain.com, PORT: 26 or 25 or 587
• Click On More Settings to key in the port settings.
• Make sure the SMTP Authentication is Enabled. As per Figures 7.2.
• Once all the configuration done, your POP3 Setup done as well. As per Figures 7.4.
