Joomla! : How To Configure Your Email Settings
1. Firstly, Login to Joomla! with administrator username and password.
2. Next, click on Global under Configuration section at the main dashboard page of the left panel.
3. After that, click on the Server Tab. Find the Mail Setting section at the bottom right corner.
4. Under the Mail Settings section, click on the Mailer drop down and select SMTP.
5. Then, click Yes.
6. You will see more option appear on the Mail Settings section.
7. Next, enter all the information listed below and click Sent Test Mail.
a. “From Email”
b. “From Name”
c. “SMTP Hosts”
d. “SMTP Username”
e. “SMTP Password”
8. Lastly, click on Save.
